  • IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses broad-spectrum light to target specific chromophores in the skin – melanin (pigmentation) and haemoglobin (redness). This makes it effective for treating sun damage, age spots, rosacea and thread veins.

  • The Tight & Bright IPL Facial combines skin rejuvenation with tightening, addressing both pigmentation and laxity in a single treatment. It's one of our most popular facial treatments for overall skin improvement.

  • SkinCorrect IPL targets specific skin lesions, pigmented spots and blemishes with precision. Treatment areas range from individual lesions to full face coverage, with pricing based on the area treated.

  • For Tight & Bright, we recommend a course of 4 treatments, 4 weeks apart. SkinCorrect IPL may require 1 – 3 sessions depending on the concern being treated.

  • Most clients describe the sensation as a warm 'snap' against the skin, similar to a rubber band. The treatment is very tolerable and no anaesthetic is required.

  • Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF 50 following treatment. Pigmented areas may darken initially before flaking off over 7 – 14 days, revealing clearer skin beneath.
