There are three car parks within a one-minute walk of Springwell Clinic: next to Côte Brasserie on West Street, behind Sainsbury’s on Oxford Road, and directly opposite the clinic in Quoitings Square. All are pay-and-display and now accept card payments only. You can also pay using the RingGo app by following the instructions on the ticket machine.
Please allow an extra five minutes for parking, as spaces can occasionally be busy.

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48-hours notice in order to reassign your appointment to another client.

This includes failing to turn up to your appointment or arriving too late for your consultation or appointment to be carried out. Failure to give the required notice will result in a £50.00 cancellation fee.

We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not happy with any aspect at Springwell Clinic we would like you to let us know. You can ring and make an appointment to see one of the Directors or put the problem into writing. We will endeavour to deal with any complaint by the next working day where possible.
