Polynucleotides (PN) are fragments of DNA derived from salmon or trout. When injected into the skin, they stimulate fibroblast activity, promoting the production of collagen and elastin for deep skin rejuvenation at a cellular level.

While Profhilo uses hyaluronic acid to hydrate and bio-remodel, polynucleotides work at a DNA level to regenerate cells and repair damaged tissue. They are particularly effective for improving skin quality around delicate areas like the under-eyes.

We typically recommend a course of 2 – 3 sessions spaced 3 – 4 weeks apart for optimal results. Maintenance treatments every 6 months help sustain the improvements.
