  • The Emsella® Chair uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscles. A single 28-minute session triggers approximately 11,200 supramaximal contractions – equivalent to thousands of Kegel exercises.

  • The Emsella® Chair is suitable for both men and women experiencing urinary incontinence, weakened pelvic floor muscles, or those wanting to improve pelvic floor strength. It's particularly popular post-pregnancy and during perimenopause.

  • We recommend a course of 6 sessions scheduled twice per week. Maintenance top-up sessions (2 sessions 48-hours apart) are recommended every 6 - 12 months.

  • You remain fully clothed and simply sit on the chair. Most clients feel a tingling sensation and pelvic floor contractions. The intensity is gradually increased during the session.

  • Many clients notice improvements after just 2 - 3 sessions. Maximum results are typically seen 2 - 4 weeks after completing the full course.
